Z83-F BIOS upgrade

Dear Staff,

I have a Z83-F PC with BIOS YB2 0.01 x64 version.
I would need to upgrade my BIOS, I saw in another thread that there are more recent versions, and I need to enable the function called "Power on by alarm" so as to allow the PC to be switched on at a certain time.

Please, can you post the procedure to update the BIOS and relative useful files?

There is another version, but it only works with Ubuntu systems, can't support Windows system and has no timed boot function.
