Wifi no longer works in U700

I can no longer connect to wifi with my U700. While the Ethernet ports work, there is no wifi adapter appearing in the Network adapters in the Device Manager.

I also don't have any Bluetooth functionality anymore. There is no Bluetooth adapter appearing in Device Manager.

There is one error in Device Manager under USB controllers. There is an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) entry.

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

Any ideas how to fix this would be welcome!

Thanks for the links. I tried installing, but this hasn't fixed the problem.

The only way I can see to install is to run the install.bat files, but that didn't do anything that I can see.

I have a feeling I may need to refresh the install. Do you think that would work? What is the best way to do this, if you think that could help?
