No Ethernet Adapter Present in BIOS nor Device Mgr- What to do?

I just received my Z83 and upon initial startup it was plugged into the LAN and wouldn't hit the internet during initial configuration. I have a WiFi but also NEED an ethernet port. I thought maybe it was disabled in BIOS and went looking for it there and it doesn't even show up. I found the very recent thread ("Solutions for a few Z83-F Ethernet ports lost after shutdown (AC power off is normal) ") and decided to apply this but when I went to the device manager I couldn't find it. I just completed a fresh Win10 install using the ver1909 RAR file at https://www.minisforum.com/support/3. Still no ethernet port... Could anybody advise a possible fix?

Side note this is a replacement from Amazon as the first unit would come on (Blue Light) but no display immediately after updating. I called their tech support line but they were only interested in sending me a replacement. I still have both as I just received the replacement yesterday. I mainly mention this because it connected via LAN without a problem.

Nevermind.... :) Got it Figured out. I learned that there are hidden devices in the manager. I clicked show hidden devices. Uninstalled device and its drivers. Shut the machine down completely, unplugged, and held the power button in for 60 seconds. Powered back on and it was found automatically.
