Hello,

Last week I bought a UM350 mini PC. Where are the drivers "official"for windows 10?

Where are the bios updates for download?

And to end, when I connect a ear speak to the jack, I have to choose the audio in windows to activate it, instead of change the normal output hdmi of my speaks to the jack output, very strange... is the first computer with this behavior.

Best regards

This page has all the downloads. It's not alphabetically sorted (you have to visually look through the entire list). I don't see your model listed, but there is a UM-series. Maybe that's for yours. It's confusing because there is a UM-550 specifically mentioned. It's ambiguous what is or isn't "UM-series" at that point.

Mf doesn't handle the bios the way you'd expect. They don't do updates (much), they don't make the bios available for download. They don't even want people to know what the latest version is (they won't even publish that detail).

There was a customer with a 1+ year-old model who believed their bios was corrupted. They had the ability to burn the bios to the chip (with a CH341A tool). They were more knowledgeable/experienced than most people, it sounded. Mf wouldn't give the bios to them. They declared the CPU was dead (even though it was bootstrapping, but wouldn't get past/through the POST, and the owner was clearly experienced and convinced it wasn't the CPU). They just refused to give it to him, as if it was some vital matter of secrecy. (Any other computer maker, it would be online available to download without asking anyone for permission. The owner could have just tried it and seen if they could revive their dead computer.).

I believe the above is a fair representation of what's been available to be seen on this forum the past 6 months. I'm not trying to harangue Mf. They seem proud about it. So, they shouldn't mind people talking about it accurately. (If I've said anything inaccurate, I welcome correction. I just feel bad for customers who end up unpleasantly surprised to learn they're stuck with something that won't be updated. I think it's a topic that should be better understood up front. It might be more of an issue for customers who try to get the most out of their computer, use it as long as possible. I run lightweight versions of Linux on very old laptops and I know from experience that a bios update kept a laptop viable. I couldn't install Linux until I brought the bios up to date. I've seen that a couple times. That's something I didn't realize would be a limitation with Mf's computers. You'd never expect it to be because nobody handles their bios like this. It would be the last thing on your mind when buying.).

I do not recommend anyone to buy this computer, the after-sales service is very bad.
