KB5 not booting

I have a KB5 that I have been extremely fond of. I like it better than the KN91. But, while I was away this past week, the computer went off-line and will not boot.
The PowerPack has a green light on it that is steady GREEN when it is not connected to the unit, but is flashing green when connected. Please advise.

When the power is not connected, open the back cover, unplug the RTC battery, and use metal tweezers to short the two pins of the RTC port on the motherboard for 15-20 seconds to clear CMOS

After @joey advice can you boot the device?

You can also try with another PSU.
