how to boot pc

i have a minis forum GN31 and have pb with windows after installation ssd hard disk. Stop code memory , stop code processor died. I habe also reinitialiser the pc. Now the pc does'nt work, i want to boot with a usb. How to go to the bios? With F2, F7, ....?

F7 is right. Or press DEL to enter the BIOS.
