GN41 Flash BIOS

Dear Support,
I have a GN41 that suddenly stopped seeing the eMMC disk and therefore it was unable to boot. I tried re-flashing the BIOS provided in the forum, but now absolutely nothing happens when power up is pressed. Is there a way to completely reset the device, reinstall the BIOS and then reinstall the OS?

I need only original bios if you can send me. I can fix mine. This is a really trouble for me
