gn34 ethernet quit working and apparently disappeared off my machine after windows 10 reinstall

Well Sir, the cable modem and routers are next to my workbench here. So naturally I always use a cable. Bout a week ago, accidentally used aomei partition assistant to delete a partition. But the program was in a crash state I guess because the GUI had the wrong labels ghosted on my drives, and it deleted the partition with C:\Windows. It was almost comical. In a slow even sequence, the screen froze, showed half desktop half green, then blue and red, then just half blue, then black... then it rebooted to bios. After reinstall of win10pro, my ethernet port is not recognized. like its not even there. nothing in device manager. aida64 engineer edition doesnt even show an ethernet adapter, but we both know it is there. and i know it used to work lol.

Maybe you can try to clear CMOS, and then reinstall the official system of GN34.
