GN31 Windows update error

Hi,
my GN31 is failing when updating W10 once and again. It tries to update but finally it fails, and never is updated. Everyday tries to update and fail. Error: 0x8000ffff
I have tried to reinstall W10 but when i reboot and press f7 or del...cant enter intall menu or BIOS. System starts as normal.
When I shut off the pc, never tuns off.....screen turns off but then, windows login page is displayed. Never shut off. Only can shut off by pressing the rear power button.

Can you help me?
