GD41 not starting

I bought a GD41 with N4100 2 years ago and it worked great for a year. Then recently, after I left it dry storage for about a year, it doesn't turn on anymore. The blue power light turns on, but it doesn't output HDMI and doesn't have a network presence when plugged into ethernet cable. I have Ubuntu server 18 installed as the OS. None of the keys on start up makes it go into BIOS.

What troubleshooting steps should I follow to see what the issue might be?

I have already tried pressing the reset button both when it is on and when it is off.

You can use the following methods to restore .
1. Please unplug all external devices, use a paperclip to long press and the reset hole for 30 seconds to clear the CMOS recovery.
1076

2. you can try to clear CMOS to activate the PC
Please refer to the figure below, unplug the battery, and short-circuit the two pins of the battery socket for more than 30 seconds (without power supply)

You can check if the output of the power adapter is normal.
If it still cannot be repaired, please contact your platform seller within the warranty period.
