Before all upgrades, it is recommended to run the following steps first:
Win+r->input CMD->slmgr /ato（Wait 1minute）
Wait for the upgrade to complete.
1. On the Mini Pc or another computer, build the USB Drive, follow the Microsoft website: "Using the tool to upgrade this PC to Windows 10" :

2. On the Mini PC, disconnect the Internet connection
3. Upgrade to Windows 10 1803 with USB Drive
