7Zip gets downloads ready

I usually do all my checksums on downloads and extractions in Linux, and like Apple those things are built into the OS.  But I found out that this can be done with 1 program in Windows called 7-Zip.  These iso downloads are huge if it's for an entire OS and should be checked to make sure u didn't get a bad download.  I made some screenshots showing how to check things and then extract the files/directories.

If everything is good then copy the extracted files/directories to the top of a FAT32 formatted USB flash.  Not sure what that is?  Here's how to do it in Windows:

There are a number of ISO image files that are available in this forum.

Hope this helps-Marty!!
